The game was first announced by 3D Realms in April 1997, with a mid-1998 release date touted for the Duke Nukem 3D follow-up. It's £90 here in the UK, seem other Euro countries are being ripped off more than others. Duke Nukem Forever is 14 years in the making. (Not that the MK: Tournament Edition will be lackluster, it actually looks sweet.) It is a nice way to deal with some of these lackluster CE's we have seen. The Balls of Steel Edition, which has yet to be priced, packs goodies including a bust of Duke himself, a 100-page hardcover art book, poker chips, dice and more. Thats exactly what I do Mandingo, I have the MK Tournament Edition preordered, I am just waiting to see if it sells out on Amazon before I cancel it. I got a Newsletter from the shop where I preordered it and it says that the Edition is limited to 2000 units per Platform and to US and Europe.Īmazon US had all 3 versions for pre-order a week or so ago, now only PS3 version is available for pre-order.hmmm, what to do. The European price is 119€.that's much more than the US price. If it were that limited it would have to have been exclusive through 2K's online store.
